First-Time Setup

Connect this app to your Microsoft 365 tenant and SharePoint site. Your IT admin will need to complete Step 1 once. Steps 2–3 take under a minute.

Step 1 — Azure App Registration (IT Admin)

In Azure Active Directory → App Registrations:
• New registration → name it JAA Scheduler
• Supported account type: Accounts in this org only
• Redirect URI: Single-page application (SPA) → paste the URL where this file is hosted
• After saving, copy the Application (client) ID
• Under API Permissions → Add → Microsoft Graph → Delegated:
Sites.ReadWrite.All, User.Read

Step 2 — Enter Your Details

Find Tenant ID in Azure AD → Overview

Step 3 — Manager PINs

Set 4-digit PINs for each partner. These are stored in your browser only.
